Analytics: we use the cookieless visitor analytics from Vercel and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and only loads if you accept them in the cookie notice. IP addresses are anonymised and the statistics are not linked to you personally.
Consent: your choice in the cookie notice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not as a cookie.
How we use the data
Analytics are used in aggregate to improve content and performance.

Sanity stores and delivers content and media (images and video).
Vercel provides hosting and the cookieless analytics.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) collects visitor statistics using cookies, only after your consent.
Google Fonts delivers typefaces.
Instagram content may be embedded or linked from @burgerspotting.
